Pricing Policy

Official legal document of The Capital Coffee Applicable to website: thecapitalcoffee.com Version: 2.1 Last updated: 20 September 2026

Applies to: The Capital Coffee website, Web Retail, Drink Ordering, the The Capital Coffee app when released, and official online sales channels that reference this Policy.

1. Purpose and scope

This Pricing Policy sets out the principles for publishing, displaying, confirming and applying prices to goods, beverages and services supplied by The Capital Coffee through its official online sales channels. It applies together with the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Promotion Terms and Conditions, and other relevant specific policies.

2. Currency and price-display principles

  • Prices for customers in Vietnam are displayed in Vietnamese dong (VND), unless a lawful sales channel clearly displays another currency.
  • Prices are clearly displayed on the relevant product, menu, configuration option or order-review step, as appropriate to each channel.
  • The Capital Coffee provides transparent information about prices and amounts payable before the customer confirms a transaction.

3. Retail product prices

For packaged coffee, merchandise and other retail products, the applicable price is the price displayed for the relevant product, specification, quantity and sales channel when the customer reviews and confirms the order. Where multiple specifications or variants are available, the price for each selection is displayed or updated before confirmation.

4. Beverage, location and option pricing

For Drink Ordering, prices may be configured by location to reflect the menu in effect at that location. The base price and any additional amount arising from size, modifiers, toppings or other options are displayed during selection and included in the total before the customer confirms the order.

A difference in price for the same product between locations or sales channels does not change the price of an order that the customer previously confirmed as valid.

5. Taxes, fees and total amount payable

  • Taxes and financial obligations are determined and presented in accordance with applicable law and the transaction configuration in effect at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery charges, where applicable, are determined by the address, delivery method, delivery partner, weight, distance or relevant delivery conditions and are shown separately or in the order summary before the customer confirms the order.
  • Charges imposed by a bank, card issuer or third-party payment service provider, if any, are not considered charges collected by The Capital Coffee unless they are clearly shown as such in the transaction.
  • The total amount payable by the customer is shown at the order review/confirmation step based on the information in effect at that time.

6. Promotions, vouchers and Member benefits

Promotional prices, vouchers, combos, Member benefits and other offers apply only when the transaction meets the conditions of the program then in effect. The pre-discount price, discount amount, post-discount price or related benefit is presented in a manner appropriate to the program and in accordance with laws on promotions and consumer protection.

Whether multiple offers may be combined depends on the published conditions of each program. Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions take precedence for the corresponding promotional content.

7. Time at which an order price is determined

Before placing an order or making payment, customers are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, location, options, offers, charges and total amount displayed. The transaction price is determined by the information provided to and confirmed by the customer when a valid order is created, unless the parties lawfully agree to an adjustment or applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Price changes

The Capital Coffee may adjust prices for future transactions in accordance with its business operations and applicable law. A price change made after an order has been validly confirmed does not automatically change the price of that order. If the customer changes a product, quantity, location, delivery method or option in a way that requires the order to be recalculated, the system will display the updated price information for review before the customer confirms the change.

9. Price discrepancies or display errors

If a technical error, data-entry error or clear discrepancy causes displayed pricing information not to reflect the intended transaction, The Capital Coffee will review the matter and notify the customer within a reasonable time. Any resolution will be transparent and will not restrict mandatory consumer rights. If the transaction cannot proceed on the information already confirmed and the customer does not accept another lawful solution, any amount collected for the unfulfilled part of the transaction will be refunded in accordance with the Payment Policy and applicable law.

10. Prices on other channels or partner platforms

Prices on e-commerce marketplaces, food-delivery platforms, distributor channels or third-party programs may differ because of channel-specific fees, promotional funding or other conditions. Customers should rely on the price and total amount displayed on the channel where the transaction is made. This Policy does not alter any mandatory customer rights under applicable law or the lawful terms of the relevant intermediary platform.

11. Payment, cancellation, returns and refunds

Payment methods and timing are governed by the Payment Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under the General Terms and Conditions of Transactions, the Returns Policy and other relevant specific policies. Where a transaction is lawfully adjusted, any refund or additional amount payable, if applicable, is determined by the part of the transaction actually performed and the information confirmed by the parties.

12. Pricing complaints

Customers may request a review if they believe that a price, offer, charge or order total is incorrect. To support reconciliation, customers should provide the order number, transaction time, relevant product or beverage, and appropriate supporting evidence. Requests are received and resolved in accordance with the Complaints Resolution Policy and consumer-protection law.

13. Policy updates

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, sales models or The Capital Coffee systems. The version and update date are published on the official channel. The version applicable to a transaction is determined by the time the transaction arises, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Contact

Customers who need pricing support may use the Support Center or the official contact channels published on The Capital Coffee website.
