The Capital Coffee Membership Program

Customer participation is recorded through a single member account; points, tiers and benefits are announced periodically.

Join the program

Participation in the Program is voluntary. Upon valid registration, each member is issued a unique Member ID to identify the account and link valid transactions to Member Points, Membership Tier, vouchers, benefits and Program history.

Points & Transaction History

Transactions that meet the Program's conditions may be recorded to accrue Points, qualify for tiers, or receive benefits. Points accrual and redemption rates, validity periods, limits, and related conditions are determined by the Membership Terms and Program Rules in force.

Three membership tiers

TIER 01MemberBasic tier for eligible members.

TIER 02GoldHigher tiers are determined by eligible spending and published criteria.

TIER 03SignatureHighest tier in the current structure, according to published criteria.

Tier reviewRolling 12 monthsValid transaction value is considered over a rolling 12-month period.

Member benefits

Depending on member tier and the applicable program, benefits may include points, vouchers, member‑only offers, tiered offers, birthday offers, product or service benefits, and other benefits announced by The Capital Coffee. Specific benefits may be subject to separate conditions.

Applicable Terms

Participation in and use of the Program are governed by The Capital Coffee Membership Terms, Program Rules, and any specific conditions validly published from time to time.
