Member benefits
Actual benefits are determined by member tier, valid transactions, Program Rules, and the current conditions of each benefit.
Member · Gold · Signature
Member is the base tier. Gold and Signature are higher tiers determined by qualifying spend and published criteria. Tier evaluation is performed on a rolling 12-month basis.
Membership Points
Members can earn Points from eligible transactions. Points may have an expiration; specific expiration periods and the method for determining the expiration date are disclosed in the Program Rules. Points may not be bought, sold, or transferred between accounts, unless The Capital Coffee officially provides the corresponding functionality.
Vouchers & Offers
Depending on the tier and program, members may receive vouchers, member-exclusive offers, tier-based offers, birthday offers, or other published product or service benefits. Each benefit may have its own terms.
Combinable with promotions
Membership benefits and promotional benefits are not automatically cumulative. Customers may receive benefits concurrently where the conditions of the corresponding programs allow.
